At Tamseenpret, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. Below are our delivery terms and timelines.
1. Delivery Areas
- We deliver across all major cities in Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad, Peshawar, and more.
- For remote or rural areas, delivery times may be slightly longer.
2. Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 working days within Pakistan.
- Express Delivery (selected cities): 1 to 2 working days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
3. Delivery Charges
- Standard delivery charges will apply depending on your city and order weight.
- Free delivery may be offered on orders above a certain amount (PKR 4000).
- The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status online.
5. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier services in Pakistan, such as TCS, Leopard, to ensure timely and safe delivery.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer Cash on Delivery service across Pakistan for your convenience.
- Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we deliver only within Pakistan. For international orders, please contact us at contact@tamseenpret.com.pk before placing your order.
8. Delivery Issues
- If your parcel is delayed or does not arrive within the estimated time, please contact our customer service team at 0324 6200917 with your order number.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-delivery charges may apply.
