Refund and Returns Policy

You may request a return, exchange, or refund within the timeframes and under the conditions described in this policy. All returns are subject to inspection and approval by our customer service team.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery for change of mind requests.
- For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Custom made, altered, or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or were made incorrectly.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund unless defective:
- Cut pieces or sold-by-the-meter fabric after it has been cut to order.
- Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable.
- Hygiene sensitive items that have been unsealed after delivery.
4. How to Request a Return or Refund
- Email our support team at return@tamseenpret.com.pk within the eligible timeframe.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will reply with return instructions and a Return Authorization number if your request is approved.
Please do not send returns without authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5. Return Process
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
- Include a copy of the original invoice and your Return Authorization number inside the package.
- Ship the return to the address provided in the return instructions.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong item.
6. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
- If you paid by cash on delivery and are eligible for a refund, we will offer bank transfer or store credit as alternatives.
7. Exchanges
- Exchanges for the same item in a different size or color are permitted subject to availability.
- If the replacement item costs more, you will be required to pay the price difference. If it costs less, we will issue a refund for the difference.
- To request an exchange, follow the return request procedure above and indicate your preferred replacement.
8. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with photos and a description of the issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement, refund, or return shipping at no cost to you once the claim is approved.
9. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been dispatched.
- For cancellations after dispatch, returns must follow the normal returns procedure and related shipping and condition rules will apply.
10. Shipping Costs
- Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
